There are a number of ways you can stay abreast of specials and discounts at CRC Press. Web Specials are always highlighted on our home page. When you sign up for CRC Press eAlerts, you will be the first to know about web specials, promotions and other discounts.

Can I download a catalog of CRC's latest publications?

My book mentions a program that I should download - how can I find it?

Type the title of the book into the search window. Click on the book artwork or title to visit the book page. Book downloads can be found under the Downloads & Updates tab.

I found an error in one of your books. Where should I report it?

If you identify an error in a CRC Press book or other product, please contact the appropriate editor. Thank you for your interest in CRC Press products.

Why can't I find the book I am looking for?

You can search for books a number of ways through CRCPress.com. You can conduct a general search through the search window on the home page. You can conduct a more specific search through our Advanced Search link on the home page. This feature allows you to search by book title, author, ISBN, keyword, subject and discipline.

Finally, our books are organized according to subject area on our home page. Here you will find all titles within a subject area, that drill down further into more specific subcategories for your convenience.

I am having a problem with a computer program that I bought from CRC Press. Who should I talk to?

What is your return policy?

Books may be returned in new/saleable condition for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges within 60 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and ship via any traceable method to:

I don't want to use a credit card. Is there another way to order?

There are a number of ways to order products from CRC Press. You may order books via telephone, and request to be billed via an invoice. If you don't want to use your credit card over the Internet, you can give your credit card billing information over the telephone. Or you can email your order to CRC Press, and receive a corresponding invoice.

Can I order a book by phone?

You can contact Customer Service to place a telephone order.

How can I make a tax-exempt order?

At the completion of your order please fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate along with the confirmation of your order to Mae Walker in the tax department 561-361-6057. A copy of the certificate is mandatory for your request to be honored. Your order will be processed with the tax until your certificate is verified.

Upon the verification of your certificate your account will be changed to tax exempt status and any charges relating to taxes will be credited back to your credit card. Please be patient as the verification process can take up to 10 days to be completed. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service department. Thanks for your cooperation.
